We meet at: Church of Woodforest, 700 Fishcreek Thoroughfare, Montgomery, TX BSA Troop 623 Camping, fun with friends -- and more.

Boy Scouting is for boys who are 11, or are at least 10 years old and have completed the fifth grade or have earned the Cub Scout Arrow of Light Award, through 17 years old. Boys experience a vigorous outdoor program and peer group leadership with the counsel of an adult Scoutmaster to achieve the BSA's objectives of developing character, citizenship, and personal fitness. It’s the adventure of a lifetime. Give your son a valuable gift by encouraging him to join Boy Scouts today. The time you invest in him today will make a difference in the person he becomes tomorrow.

Crossover is approaching, we encourage scouts to visit many troops, but to join ours. Just kidding, not kidding.

Keep Scouting!

There you have it, coming from the pros! How many times have we talked about discipline 🤔

The guilty feelings when asking volunteers to do more. The pressure is real!

Nothing motivates a group of scouts building rafts quite like a classic Arnold voiceover speech. Drop a comment if this brought back camp memories!

2nd class hike -✅ Done!
7.5 miles around Huntsville State Park. These boys oriented the mixture of trails and guided us back around to the trailhead.

Boys are growing and maybe it’s “Time” or
Perhaps the best time to get a new class A.
