Another incredible night at the Underdown’s amazing lakeside home raising money for Marie’s passion, SPCA PETS SNAP of Montgomery County. With a $500 Challenge Match from our “My Little Flamingo” Fund, we’ll be writing a check for $1500.00 to the charity next week. Guests also donated enough supplies to fill the rescue program’s pantry for another year. The ladies ruled the Karaoke stage this year!

Our Jammin’ DJs Richard and Michael are doing their first gig today for CarePartners. It’s a 50s themed Senior Prom for some wonderful families and caregivers with a loved one with ALZ or other forms of dementia. There are some fabulously frocked folks here. They are doing the era proud. What a joyous occasion! We are so honored to be here.

Thank you Jim Jordan, Aimee & Jonathan Lightfoot, Christina Rathbun & Michael McBride for this huge load of donations for this Saturday's 5OCP House Party at Marie & Dave's lakeside home to benefit SPCA PETS SNAP of Montgomery County. Michael did the shopping for this group of donors & handed everything off to Dave after our Board Meeting last night. So much more to come Saturday night at the party, for sure.

Our next great gathering is this Saturday, June 6th. Our annual Karaoke Night at the beautiful lakeside home of Dave & Marie Underdown. We have SO much PHun singing in our best off key voices & it's all for a great cause. Bring your donations for SPCA PETS SNAP of Montgomery County Pantry-items needed below. We'll have one special silent auction item with the proceeds going 100% to help the fur babies. Our raffle is split between SPCA & our local charity fund.

"Any Requests?" Paul & Danny aka The SideShow asked during sound check. What followed was a night of music that tickled our memories & had us up on the dance floor for hours. You could tell the guys were enjoying it too, as they played one favorite after another - no matter the genre, no matter the decade. That's talent! Sideshow will be back with us again soon, for sure! Lots of members got the memo & wore their favorite band/concert shirts. AND...and full cart of non perishables collected for Community Assistance Center to help restock their shelves. One heck of a great night!

Hey Phlockers, our May HH is TONIGHT at 5 p.m. - open to the public, bring your friends & family! We have Paul & Danny's Sideshow on the stage at Lil Roux - new to our club, but well known locally - they will rock the night away with tunes you'll know by heart. Some of us have known Danny for decades.
The gig is on our dime, so we're asking for a $10 per person donation to help us out.
AND.....we are collecting non perishable food items for our friends at The Community Assistance Center - their shelves are running dangerously low - really rough times for lots of folks right now. Let's Party With A Purpose as Jimmy has always asked us to do - We'll Keep The Party Going as we hear some great tunes, dance the night away, & share the wealth helping our neighbors in need. Fins Up Y'all!
