Signposts Ministries SpM is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)3 nonprofit that works both in the greater Charlotte area and internationally.

We serve families that have children or youth with special healthcare needs by connecting them with equipment, resources, and their community. A 501(c)3 based out of Indian Trail, NC, we are a provider of hope to children with disabilities or chronic health problems, and their families.

COMING SOON: **Couples & solo moms** beachfront in St. Augustine, FL. 4 nights, Sep 18-22, 2026. $500 for the full 4 nights away. Nine master suites with private baths. On-site pool and oceanfront. Rooms can be shared with another eligible caregiving woman/friend. NO CHILDREN, no loved ones. Caregiving adults only.
