Happy Monday everybody! The Thin Line Legion has some birthdays already this month.

The first one were a little late on, but on July 8th, our Founder and President Willie, a.k.a Floki turned the big 5 0! Happy (belated) Birthday Prez!

And today one of our Co-founders, and NOMAD member Travis, a.k.a. Ribbed turns 38!

Happy Birthday guys! Here’s to another year around the sun!

Rest in peace Paramedic Johnny Gage of the LA County Fire Department. Paramedic Gage was an essential part of what is now the Paramedic Program across the country and helped make Paramedics in the fire service what they are today. Rest easy Brother, we’ve got it from here.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the family of Actor Randolph Mantooth. Randolph played Paramedic Jonny Gage on the iconic TV series Emergency! from 1972-1979. And as far fetched as some of the calls seemed, they technical advisors of the show wanted to make it as authentic as possible at that time.

Happy EMS Week to all of our EMT’s and Paramedics out there helping those in need. EMS workers see people on some of their worst days and see things that ordinary person sees on a daily basis. This takes a great toll on their mental health.

This week, show your appreciation for the men and women out there on the street saving lives every day and making a difference.

This week is National Police Week! This week we show our support and appreciation to the men and women in blue who are out on the streets, fighting the fight and keeping us safe. They too fight the issues with mental health just as every first responder does.

To all of our law enforcement followers: no matter how bad it gets, know that we are here for you. You are not alone.
