Happy EMS Week to all of our EMT’s and Paramedics out there helping those in need. EMS workers see people on some of their worst days and see things that ordinary person sees on a daily basis. This takes a great toll on their mental health.

This week, show your appreciation for the men and women out there on the street saving lives every day and making a difference.

This week is National Police Week! This week we show our support and appreciation to the men and women in blue who are out on the streets, fighting the fight and keeping us safe. They too fight the issues with mental health just as every first responder does.

To all of our law enforcement followers: no matter how bad it gets, know that we are here for you. You are not alone.

This week is National Corrections Officers Week! This week we show our appreciation to the men and women in the branch of law enforcement who work behind closed doors, risking their lives every day.

Corrections officers fight the same mental health battle that the rest of first responders everywhere fight, and deserve the same respect and appreciation for what they do. Stay safe brothers and sisters.

7 years!!! My, how time flies. A lot has happened over these past 7 years. Members have come and gone, but the fact remains that we’re still here for you! When you need it the most. When times get tough. We are always here.

Here’s to many more years!
