**Witches - Due to dangerous conditions, the Mobile Witches Ride is canceled** Riding a bicycle in these wet and windy conditions is dangerous, and your safety is our number #1 priority. We are - however - going to gather for the Black Hat Block Party at two locations. Please keep reading!
Black Hat Block Party -
Starting at 4pm, you are welcome to join us - rain or shine - at Braided River Brewing Co. *OR* The Blind Mule Restaurant & Bar. You can grab your shirt, let out some cackles to protest the weather, and a beer from our sponsors. Show off those awesome costumes!

We will also announce another set shirt pick-up time later this week. It will be at a convenient location and time.
FAQs
1. Why can’t we reschedule the ride? Unfortunately, this event takes an immense amount of planning, including extensive police participation, host establishments, vendors, and volunteer participation. We are not able to reschedule.
2. Where does my ticket donation go? All proceeds from the Witches Ride support Delta Dogs, a non profit in Mobile County that helps provide free veterinary care and spay and neuter to the pets of people in need. We support the elderly, disabled, veterans, women in crisis, the unhoused, and people with temporary circumstances like job loss or medical crises.
3. Can I get my shirt after the event? Yes! We will be announcing additional shirt pick up times and locations that are convenient for all witches.
4. Can I pick up shirts for my coven? Yes! Just have their name ready.
5. When is next year’s ride? We will be back for our 10th Anniversary Ride! The ride date is Sunday, October 25, 2026.
6. Can I hug the volunteer witches who make this happen every year? Yes!!! 🧙 🤗 We work hard to make this event happen, and we are so sad to have our first weatheThe Blind Mule Restaurant & Bar kindness and constant support!
