WE'VE HAD A HOME BURGLARY TODAY. It happened on Traveler Way and even though the police report that they think they know the culprits, the two suspects are still at large. The thieves entered the backyard (completely enclosed by a privacy fence) and kicked in the back door to gain entry into the home. Please take extra precaution in securing your home when you leave for the day. It looks like broad daylight is not a deterrent for these losers.

A quick note that invoices are still in the works. Unfortunately, after battling a case of the strep, I have been spending my time working on several foreclosure properties trying to ensure we get paid on everything possible. Since we are lucky to be working in the black, I have let these tasks take precedence. Please know you will not incur any late fees and if you prefer, you are welcome to send your check for $400 or $200/payment plan in (which many have already done) and you will receive a paid-in-full statement or updated payment plan invoice. Otherwise, please enjoy this time extension on having to satisfy this obligation.

Hi! Ola's daughter was just in a car accident and she and her passenger are being transported to the hospital. We are moving the group to Darlene Formica's house at 9781 Richmond Drive North. This will not be an official meeting but perhaps Mike and Tracy can answer questions.

We will not be at the pool this morning due to inclement weather. We will have the keys at the meeting tomorrow or you may call Mike at 251.776.5516 to set up a time. Thank you!

We will be at the pool at 8am on Saturday with the keys. Should we miss you, just give us a call. We will have them at the meeting Sunday, as well. Please help spread the word to neighbors not on FB. I'm sure we'll hit a bump or two in making this an easy transition. We are asking for your help, patience and understanding. We truly have the best intentions for us all.

Mike has been working all week on getting the pool locked back up ASAP. We're going to try the deadbolt/metal key scenario. If all goes as plan, we'll be handing out keys at the pool Saturday morning to homeowners in good standing. Not sure yet how we'll hand out to everyone else but we'll work it out.
