Healing looks different for every child, and Abbott House Youth Services is creating meaningful educational opportunities that meet youth where they are on their journey. 💜 Thanks to the generosity of our community, Mitchell Area Charitable Foundation is proud to help make this work possible.

Education looks different for every young person we serve, and having the right tools can make all the difference.

Thanks to a generous gift from the Mitchell Area Charitable Foundation, Abbott House is expanding access to Edgenuity, an online learning platform that helps our youth continue their education at a pace that works for them.

Many of the young people in our care have experienced disruptions in their education and are behind on credits. Edgenuity gives them the flexibility to catch up, build confidence, and keep moving toward graduation and their future goals.

Thank you, Mitchell Area Charitable Foundation for investing in opportunities that help our youth succeed both in the classroom and beyond.

We are super honored to be able to support The Salvation Army of Mitchell, South Dakota for their lunch program! 💜

Last Wednesday we had the privilege of taking a picture with some of the board of the Mitchell Area Charitable Foundation. We were gifted a $10,000 check that will be put towards our lunch program. We are so THANKFUL for them for their support and commitment to the Mitchell community and The Salvation Army of Mitchell.
