We have rescued 100's of cats and dogs from the pound, which is NOT a no kill shelter. Per City policy, Owners have 3 business days to claim their pets. If not claimed, they go up for adoption and have 2 business days to get adopted from the pound. If they are not adopted from the pound, we adopt the animals, at our own expense, and place them into foster care. To prevent an animal from being euth

anized at the pound, we advertise their arrival in an attempt to help locate the owner AND advertise when the animal is available for adoption through the pound. We do not have a facility and have very few foster homes; therefore, we are always seeking new fosters, especially cat fosters. If we do not have enough foster homes, we try to find another rescue/shelter that has room.

This big friendly Mastiff was picked up on Friday, May 9 from 40580 250th Street. He is very sweet and calm, wearing a thick red collar, no chip. This very friendly healthy looking calico was found on Hwy 37 between Carl Rd and Spruce as she was very close to traffic. We assume she belongs to someone in that neighborhood and she is in a safe place now. If this is your cat please let us know or she will go to the pound
