📅 The North Dakota Housing Finance Agency is hosting a free Community Housing Needs Forum on Wednesday, September 9, from 9 AM to noon at the Sleep Inn.

Community leaders, elected officials and the public are all invited to talk about what our area really needs when it comes to housing.

National Association of Home Builders set aside September to celebrate our Associate members, and we couldn't agree more. Associates make up about two thirds of NAHB's membership and are the suppliers, tradespeople, and service providers who keep our builders running every day.

Big shout-out to our own Jeff Haider from WB Components LLC for representing MAB at the Western Governors' Association Breakfast earlier this week!
We are lucky to have board members who show up, stay involved, and make sure Minot has a seat at the table! Thanks for representing us so well, Jeff!

Project work consists of but is not limited to the following:

GA Pavement Maintenance will consist of airfield traffic control, pavement removal, excavation, aggregate base course compaction, concrete pavement, aircraft tie-down removal, and aircraft tie-down installation.

Construction for this project shall be completed in 10 consecutive calendar days between September 24, 2026, and October 30, 2026.

Erica is a North Dakota native and Broker-Owner with Brokers 12 right here in Minot. She began her real estate career in 2022 after spending years as a school principal, bringing that same people-first approach, organization, and ability to navigate the unexpected into real estate.
Today, Erica works with buyers and sellers throughout Minot and the surrounding area, helping make the process of finding, buying, or selling a home a little less overwhelming.
