Together, we explore and build awareness of city-wide issues and campaign for specific projects or policies to achieve that future as Minneapolis changes. We live in a city that has a vibrant history of strong neighborhoods, fabulous natural resources and hard working people. We embrace that history, and want it to be even more vibrant in the future. We want our kids to be able to walk and bike to
school without worry, have restaurants and small businesses in every neighborhood, and well designed streets that accommodate all modes of transportation. Restored old buildings and new sidewalk-friendly buildings, each acting as equally important backdrops to a bustling street life. Entrepreneurs who are supported with community resources and human capital to make small business nodes the life blood of a locally based economy. Working together we can build broad support to see that vision for an exciting, urban future. Forward Minneapolis is a coalition of residents (renters and owners) and small business owners who care about future of the city. Our city is changing, and we welcome the people who want to join us, living and working in Minneapolis.
