HOMELESS SERVICES GUIDE If you or someone you know is unhoused and in need of assistance, the City of San José’s Homeless Services Guide helps people find essential resources, including shelter, food, and other support in our community.
Here4you Hotline Centralized Shelter Hotline
Operates daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The majority of shelters in Santa Clara County, including in San Jose, require a referral through the Here4you hotline. Please call the hotline at 408-385-2400 if you need Shelter.
