As National Apprenticeship Week continues, we’re proud to highlight the steady progress happening across the semiconductor industry to build the next generation of technician talent.

In collaboration with the Arizona Commerce Authority , we're actively working alongside Edwards Vacuum to build out a new Registered Apprenticeship program for Workshop Technician roles! This is a meaningful step toward creating clear, skills-based pathways into semiconductor careers while helping employers develop the talent they need to grow.
