✨ Meet the Team Behind the Midland Breastfeeding Coalition ✨

We’re excited to introduce our 2026 elected officers AND recognize the incredible members who make up our coalition! 💙

While our officers help guide and lead our efforts, the Midland Breastfeeding Coalition would not be what it is without the many dedicated community partners and members who show up, collaborate, and support families every day. It truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for ours.

Our coalition is made up of a diverse group of professionals and community members—including healthcare providers, peer counselors, home visitors, therapists, and advocates—who are all committed to supporting breastfeeding families in Midland County.

Together, we are working to create a more supportive, informed, and welcoming community for all families. 💕

Thank you to every member who contributes their time, voice, and passion to this work—you are what makes this coalition so strong!

The report offers insight into how hospitals and care teams approach nutrition, lactation support, and equity for preterm infants.
