Team SOS Miami Team SOS consists of Breast Cancer Survivors and their supporters from the Miami-Dade area.

Save Our Sisters (SOS) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and South Florida’s first breast cancer survivor (BCS) dragon boat racing team.

As a breast cancer survivor and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist℠ (ATR-BC®), it was an honor to hold space for fellow survivors to share their stories through creative expression. Together, we created a vibrant handprint mural filled with messages of hope, healing, gratitude, and remembrance.

Last night at the Miami Rowing Club ‘s Youth Program Awards Ceremony, Save Our Sisters was presented with an award for outstanding contributions to MRC’s 2025-2026 season. Our President, Peg Richardson and Captain, Kim Bonomo graciously accepted the award from the Youth Head Coach/Operations Director, Cesar Herrera.
