Arts for Learning (A4L) is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing teaching and learning through the arts and community cultural resources by linking learning experiences to the real world. This summer's Artworks Internship in the Arts Music Production Co-Op brought 10 original tracks to life!

Working closely with one another and their Teaching Artist, Grammy-winning pianist, producer, and composer Cory Irvin, interns took part in every step of the music-making process, from developing lyrics and crafting beats to shaping the sound and bringing each track to life. Through this hands-on experience, they gained a deeper understanding of music production while learning what it means to create as a collaborative team.

As a Site Manager of A4L's Lewis Arts Studio program, Christelle managed daily operations and communications with parents. As a Teaching Artist, she uses her vocal and musical training to help middle school students build confidence. And as a Site Assistant of A4L's ArtWorks Internships in the Arts program, Christelle made sure the Music Production co-op stayed on beat.

Her dedication helps A4L give children and youth the chance to create.

We had a BLAST at last Saturday’s 5th Annual Miami Gardens Youth Music Festival, celebrating spectacular student performers in Arts Access Miami programs in the community! Among many other incredible organizations and schools in this year’s resource fair, we had lots of fun bringing visual arts activities to attendees with A4L Teaching Artist Santiague DePrez. A4L is a proud Arts Access Miami Partnered Organization.
