For those in our area that may see our sign, Moses Ark Rescue will be relocating. Our mobile food pantry will NOT be affected by this change. We understand how important it is for our community to continue to have access to this support.
All "adoptable" animals have already been relocated. There is a small colony of working cats still living on the 14 acres. Our goal is to find a buyer willing to allow this colony to die off naturally. Several of the cats are friendly, all prefer to live outside. I understand that this is their home as much as it was mine and I will do everything that I can to ensure their safety moving forward.
This is not goodbye!! Marie Dicks is as equally committed to our cause as I am. We hear you when you say, "without this food, I would have to surrender my animals". And we care about you, as much as we do your pets. ❤️

And then there was 4.... 🥰 Just 2 more that need to learn to trust as I'm running out of days here in Mazatlan.

I'm so excited to see that the smallest of the litter finally came to eat 🙏 Mama still won't let me touch her but she does return a slow blink to show that she trusts me. And she'll walk away, while her kittens are with me, as if I'm her new daycare.

If you don't know about blinking with cats, it's by far the best way I've found to gain trust. Food is always a good tool but without trust, they won't typically approach the bowl while you are within reach.

It's working 😻😻 These are the babies that can't be trapped because they are behind a metal fence. I love how the white one just pushes mom out of the way. 😂🤣

THANK YOU BinSconsin and all your customers for the very generous donation to Moses Ark Rescue!! 100% will be used to support TNR (trap, neuter, release) in our communities. Why is TNR so important? Check out the crazy numbers below! 🙀

After you do that, please join me in supporting BinSconsin where they buy truckloads of Amazon and very often get pet supplies, beds, waterers, food, toys etc. 😻🐶

Merchandise starts out at $14 on Friday and goes down to $10 Saturday, $7 Sunday, $5 Monday and finally $2 Tuesday!

Happy Easter!! Miracles are happening thanks to Saint Alex and her quick thinking. After a mother cat was poisoned, she took in all the babies with umbilicals still attached. She then, without a car, found a way back to the neighborhood she helped me TNR and took in a mother with kittens so the ones she had could get mothers milk. She knew no one in this neighborhood. But she knew God would provide and sure enough, he guided her right to them!! Now all are safe in her home and bring cared for by her family.
Alex, I'm forever in awwww of you and your level of empathy for all living things!! We may not speak each other's language but that has never stopped us from speaking our hearts. Thank you for teaching me how to be a better person!!
