Congratulations to Declan Regan, recipient of the MAA’s Gordon & Frances King Scholarship. He is a Keefe Tech grad headed to Stockbridge School of Agriculture in the fall - planning to major in Arboriculture and Community Forestry Management. A future industry leader for sure!

Amazing day Saturday as the MAA helped The Trustees open Millborn Farm to the public. Hundreds of visitors had their tree care questions answered, took guided tree walks, watched skilled climbers at work, and took away an appreciation for this spectacular 195 acre reservation. Thanks to our donors and volunteers Millborn will be a home for MAA training, public awareness, and inspiration for future generations of arborists.

Cricket Vlass, MCA and MAA past president, was recognized by the Town of Wellesley for her 45 years of service! As she moves into retirement,she was thanked for the horticultural beauty and sustainable practices she brought to the town including more than 5000 trees that were planted during her tenure. Cricket is a true pioneer and champion of our industry - we wish her all the best as she starts her new chapter!
