The “See Ya Later” Foundation is a non-profit organization, began out of the inspiration of a 12 year old boy who died of cancer. Scott Banke had a zest for life and a courage that motivates the mission of the Foundation which is: INSPIRING YOUTH ~ ENCOURAGING FAMILIES. Although we do not own or manage it, our organization helped raise the funds to build Scotty’s Playhouse; one of the Northwest's
largest indoor play structure which available free to the community almost every day of the week for free open-playtimes, party reservations, and community events. "See Ya Later" Youth Camps and Activities: Currently offers basketball, football, soccer, music and fishing derbies to families with minimal or no financial obligation. And various youth competitions such as; cooking, baking, Lego, etc.
2. Scott Banke Memorial Scholarships: Awards a one-time $2,000 Scholarship to graduating High School Seniors from McMinnville(2), Newberg(2), Dayton, Yamhill-Carlton, Amity, Sheridan and Willamina and one At-Large award.
3. Seeds of Hope: Provides encouragement and resources to families in their time of greatest time of need when a parent or child is stricken with a life-threatening medical crisis.
