Best Friends Forever Rescue Best Friends Forever Rescue of Northwest Ohio and Southeastern Michigan (based around Toledo, OH) is The name of our rescue is Best Friends Forever Rescue.

It just seems to fit us. We operate as good friends, both with each other and with each dog. It is a group of volunteers who are loving, caring people with years of knowledge in rescuing “throw away dogs”. We banded together to rescue, provide a place of safety, love and finally to find forever homes to abandoned, stray and neglected dogs. The words “It’s all about the dogs” guides us in the day by day program. We are all volunteers who hold many different jobs in “real” life such as teachers, managers, homemakers, government workers, retirees. We are not “professionals” just simply willing to commit to helping these dogs until a good home is found. We have no paid employees and all funds given to our rescue are used for the dogs. Our dogs are placed in foster homes where they are provided with love and understanding as to their needs. Medical care is given to insure they are in good health, which includes spay/neuter and current vaccines before being placed in their forever homes. They are evaluated as to temperament and personality enables us to find and place them in homes that are the right fit for their needs and the needs of their future family.

WE HAVE A FOSTER HOME FOR ARCHIE❣️
BLESS YOU GLENDA 🥰

Hello BFFR Family, our little Archie is in need of a Foster Home due to an extended vacation for his current Foster Parents. Archie is a 4 yr old male Yorkie/Pekingese mix. He weighs 13 lbs.
Here is what Archie's Foster Mommy says about him:
Archie really is a sweet little boy. He likes to go potty in the backyard on his own otherwise he’s very distracted by another dog. But inside the house, he plays very well with other dogs. He’s just no trouble and likes to snuggle. Sleeps all night in my bed next to me. He’s a sweet boy. I would say his only drawback is he does not know many commands. He does understand “ get in your crate” when we leave the house.
Is anyone available/interested in Fostering him?
PLEASE FOLLOW THIS LINK TO FILL OUT A FOSTER APPLICATION:

Thank you ☺️
