The Build, Amplify, Support, Empower (BASE) Program aims to provide tailored support and intervention to address the pressing needs of youth in Coles and Douglas Counties to prevent, delay, and reduce substance use among youth and emerging adults. Through collaborative efforts and a focus on evidence-based practices, we are committed to combating the opioid crisis and safeguarding the well-being of our community's youth. Funding provided in whole or in part by the Illinois Department of Human Services Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery through the Opioid Remediation Trust Fund or the Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act. The Regional Care Coordination Agency (RCCA) is administered by Advocates for Human Potential, Inc., as authorized by CSFA 444-26-3078.
