Fresh off a World Series win, Milwaukee Brewers outfielder and Lexington native Sal Frelick returned home last night for the 2026 Lexington High School Unified Basketball Jamboree!

Sal's connection to Unified sports goes back to his days at Lexington High School, where he played as a Unified partner and built friendships that have lasted well beyond graduation. Today, he continues to return each year to support the program and celebrate the athletes who make this community so special!!🏀👏

Our competitive sports season is in full swing, but we can’t forget about the fun happening in our recreational programs! 💪

Train 4 Life is our 12-week health and fitness program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through weekly group workouts and education on nutrition and mental wellness, participants build healthy habits, work toward personal goals, and essentially TRAIN 4 LIFE!

All fitness levels are welcome, with exercises adapted so everyone can move at their own pace!
