Due to Hurricane Helene, the Blue Ridge Recovery Rally scheduled for Saturday September 28th, 2024, was canceled. For the last two years, we have held the McDowell County Schools Blue Ridge Recovery Rally Banner Contest at the event. This year, during National Red Ribbon Week, we would like to offer the MCS Banner Contest online.

Deadline for voting is November 15th, 2024. Winners will be announced the week of November 18th-22nd, 2024 on the following pages: McDowell Youth Forward () and McDowell Partnership for Substance Awareness, Inc. ().
