So surprised to open up the mail and get this medal from The 437 Project and the entire team. My time with you all has forever marked me. It was one of the most amazing opportunities to be a part of. Not only to be able to run along side of you all, but to be able to use my gift 🗣️ for such an important cause🙏🔥🙌🏽!!!

To my all day every day. We have been able to see the world together. Truly the best part of that is it’s been with you. The words “I Love You” cannot frame in my heart how thankful the to the Spirit of God for you. Today you have been on this earth another year. Your heart longs to please God. You live a life that truly is laid down for our kids. You’re a mom, daughter, friend to many. You’re my other half, my wife and best friend. The most incredible part is I get front row seats to witness you pursue our King. 👑 You’re hilarious and you probably don’t think that but you are. It’s something that most don’t get to see or probably know. It’s a part of you that is a gift I get to witness. The reason many don’t know that is because you carry your self with such humble dignity. I love you!

To be a part of this last week was special. The 437 Project your entire team is special. To see so many come together from all walks of life for one specific reason. To inspire, inform and declare all across the state that your life matters. Conversations matter, the human connection matters. To give so many the permission by being real and raw that it’s on to not be ok but DO NOT GIVE UP. Our lives were not meant to hide from storms but dance in the rain. ☔️

To run 437 miles from the border of Wyoming to Iowa. 72 non stop hours. To be given the opportunity by this team of runners to participate and run a little myself. To get to use my gift of putting words to life and being what ever kind of force multiplier I can be.

To every volunteer 🙏 to ever person I got to spend time with. Live Inspired 365 Chantelle, Lisa, Katie especially thank you for listening to me pour my heart out 15 times over the past 5 days. Thank you for being you. Thank you punching fear with living life fearlessly. I truly have been marked. Paul the vision you had 5 years ago. Keep leading well. 🫡

Kim and Judd thank you for trusting me with carrying Cassidy’s message the past two years. Thank you for being a light in the darkness. Thank you for your courage. Thank you for your vulnerability and allowing me into your space. Thank you for sharing the painful things you have endured and courage you have displayed. To be a part Cassidy Joined for Hope is priceless to my family and our small team. You’re doing a work that you will never realize how many life’s you helped save. The ripple effect is noticeable to all those around you. You truly are not hiding from the storm but dancing in the rain. Cassidy will never be forgotten. We can’t change the past but we can make the past the biggest weapon possible in our fight to bring hope and real life tools agains the lie of su***de’s whispers. Alexis and I love you guys.

To see so many different people in different fields of life gather for one purpose. We are better together. We can and will continue to shatter the silence of su***de.

To be allows to speak in 9 different schools the past 3 days. To carry the message of “ Your Life it Speaks, Screams and Shouts…YES YOU CAN! One of those schools being the “The Lone Star College” was special. When you finish pouring heart out and are encouraged by so many professional and clinicians in the mental health field is always humbling. I’m just raw and real. I always say “Real Knows Real”

The Holy Spirit does in me what Jesus did for me.

King Jesus makes a deposit in the bank for me. The Holy Spirit withdrawals the money and places it in my hands.
