Our Pre-Show Work Meetings will begin on Tuesday June 30, 2026. Meetings will at the Marion Town Park, beginning around 6:30pm. All volunteers are welcome! While we won't have a lot of work to accomplish at the first work meeting, we will have some items to discuss, so we ask all of our officers, directors and as many of our volunteers to attend as possible. We will also be placing our signs, so many hands are needed.
There will not be an "official" work meeting on Tuesday July 7, 2026, but if there are items that need to be worked on this night, we are asking that our volunteers take it upon themselves to work on these items as needed. The remaining work meetings will take place on July 14, 21,& 22, 2026. Please do remember that the park is being utilized during these evenings for recreational sports and others do use the grounds. Please be respectful of the persons in the park and any games being played.

Reminder: Our Monthly Membership meeting will be this Sunday June 7, 2026. We will start with a dish to pass lunch beginning at 1pm at the Marion Public Library Community Room. Meeting will begin around 1:30 pm. This will be the last meeting before work meetings begin on Tuesday 30th at the Town Park and The Show July 24-25, 2026.
