Ready to step onto the mat and see what cheer is all about? 📣⚡️ Power Athletics is launching our Intro to Cheer classes this fall—the perfect low-commitment, high-fun way to learn the basics!

Over three action-packed months, athletes will build confidence while learning fundamental motions, jumps, basic stunts, and fun routines.

Class Schedule (Pick the day that fits your schedule!):
Sundays: 1:45 PM – 2:45 PM
Wednesdays: 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM

Details:
Starts: Labor Day week
Duration: 3 Months
Cost: Only $12 per class!
No experience needed—just bring your energy and positive attitude!

Designed specifically for our youngest athletes, these 45-minute sessions focus on building motor skills, coordination, and confidence in a safe, high-energy environment.

Class Options:
Pre-K Cheer: Learn fundamental motions, basic jumps, and fun chants!
Pre-K Tumbling: Master rolls, balance, flexibility, and foundational floor skills.

Duration: 45 minutes per class

Ready to hit the mat and shine? 📣✨ Power Athletics is looking for athletes to join our All-Star Cheerleading Performance Team!

Whether you're looking to build new skills, make lifelong friends, or feel the rush of the competition stage, our passionate coaches are ready to help you hit every stunt in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Team Details:
Practice Time: Mondays from 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Kickoff on Labor Day!)
Highlights: Perform live at an All-Star Competition in Rochester!
All-Inclusive Season Cost: $345 (Includes uniform, practice time, and competition fees)
Flexible Options: Multiple payment plans are available to fit your budget.

A big THANK YOU to the Power Athletics Booster Club for providing our athletes with so much at our Reveal Party! We were able to enjoy pizza and treats, tie dye, and all about me sheets during our evening together.
