Week 3
5/26/2026

The third week of the fishing league brought a welcome break from the wind, resulting in calmer weather and a total of 27 walleyes brought to the scale weighing 55.96 lbs. Dylan Hiepler and Chase Schuler claimed first place by weighing in a full five-fish limit for 11.55 lbs. Securing second place was the duo of Pete McGinty and Shannon Larson, who also brought in five fish for a total weight of 7.54 lbs. Cody Enger and Patrick Miller took third place with three fish weighing 5.30 lbs, followed closely by Team Johnson in fourth place with a single, impressive 4.56 lb walleye. Rounding out the top five were Corey and Lainey Reiffenberger, who brought two fish to the scale for 4.44 lbs. The Reiffenbergers also took home the big fish honors with a 3.45 lb walleye, securing the prize because Team Johnson had not entered the big fish pot.

Week #2 of the fishing league wrapped up with just two fish making it to the scales for a combined 2.50 lbs, marking a tough bite across the board. Garrett Suchanek and Zach Suchanek took first place with their 1.64‑lb catch, which also earned them Big Fish of the Night. Tom Halvorson and Gage Halvorson secured second place with their 0.86‑lb fish. With Week #1 canceled due to weather, both teams collected double pots, making the light catch a profitable one.
