Blue Earth County 4-H is a place where youth learn, lead, and build meaningful connection with adults who believe in them. 4-H is the University of Minnesota's youth development program and is open to all youth. Youth in kindergarten through one year past high school participate in short-term activities or long term clubs, where groups meet regularly to work on projects, perform community service and develop leadership skills. 4-H youth will learn public speaking skills, how to collaborate, understand government and community and how to develop and reach life and career goals. Comments that are off-topic, inappropriate or offensive are subject to removal without notice, including comments that:

- Use offensive language or rhetoric, and/or are a personal attack
- Promote commercial enterprises
- Sell, or solicit offers to sell, goods or services for personal gain or

The 2026 Mankato Region 4-H Annual Officer & Volunteer Training is coming up on Tuesday, November 10!This FREE event is open to all 4-H members and volunteers including club officers, ambassadors, club leaders, livestock leaders, volunteers and more. It’s a great chance to build leadership skills, connect with other 4-Hers and volunteers from across the region and bring new ideas back to your club.
