As the 2025–26 school year wraps up, we’re reflecting on an incredible year of Promoting Respect Workshops (PRW)!
This year, our facilitators:
• Completed 271 classroom sessions
• Reached approximately 6,300 students
• Did it all with just 19 facilitators throughout the school year

While we’re proud of this impact, it also highlights how much strain can fall on such a small facilitator team. As we prepare for next year, we’re looking for more community members to join us!

If you’re passionate about diversity, empathy, respect, inclusion, and standing up against discrimination, becoming a PRW facilitator might be a great fit for you.

Facilitators lead engaging classroom conversations with students in grades K-12 on topics like identity, stereotypes, empathy, discrimination, and belonging. Training is provided, and new facilitators are always paired with an experienced facilitator.
