This Memorial Day, the New York Building Managers Association honors and remembers the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. 🇺🇸

Today, we reflect with gratitude on their courage, dedication, and commitment to protecting our freedoms.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Ljulja Rukaj, mother of NYBMA member, Pashko Rukaj.

The family would like to invite relatives and friends to attend the viewing services:

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Ljlulja Rukaj, mother of NYBMA member, Pashko Rukaj.

Ljulja was born on August 13th, 1945 and passed in the early hours of the 16th of May, 2026. She is survived by her Son, Pashko Rukaj. Her daughters, Filja Rukaj, Elizabeth Rukaj and Ana Rukaj. May she rest in peace and may God have mercy on her soul.

We ask that you keep the Rukaj family in your prayers during this difficult time.

Another great night with the New York Building Managers Association!

Our monthly meeting was packed with members, great energy, and plenty of valuable industry discussion. A special thank you to our Associate Member, Steve Hubin of Top Team Window Cleaning, for presenting an informative seminar on Rope Access for High-Rise and Complex Facades.

As per our By-Laws, during this meeting, we will conduct nominations for Directors of the Association. We will be seeking nominations for: four board members for a term ending in 2029. Any active regular member in good standing for at least one year and currently employed as an active Manager is eligible for nomination.
