Ready to build confidence and learn practical self-defense skills?

The Manchester Police Department is offering a free R.A.D. (R**e Aggression Defense) women’s self-defense course this November.

This three-day course is designed for women ages 13 and older and focuses on personal safety, awareness, hands-on self-defense techniques, striking, and ground fighting. Participants must attend all three sessions.

Day 2: Monday, November 16

6 PM – 8:30 PM

Day 3: Monday, November 23

Participants under 18 years old must have parental consent.

This course is about more than self-defense. It’s about strength, confidence, and empowerment.

🎉 What an incredible finish to this year’s A-Maizing Co****le Tournament! 🎉

Last night’s championship round was the perfect ending to four weeks of fun, friendly competition, and community connection. We are so grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, sponsored, cheered teams on, and helped make this event such a success!

A very special thank you goes to our Presenting Sponsor, Longchamps Electric, for their outstanding support, and to Cross Insurance for generously hosting us at our fantastic new tournament location this year.

🥞🔥 Another sweet afternoon in the MPAL kitchen! Huge thanks to Manchester Firefighter Jim Terrero for coming in to cook with our kids.
A true veteran MPAL guest chef, Jim whipped up pancakes with homemade whipped cream—and our young chefs loved every minute of it! 😋👏
