Thank you everyone for your input so far. The stories are overwhelming and saddens me. I am an owner and have been here 11 years and not once till the last year have I ever worried about anything. There is a owners meeting coming up in a few weeks and I will bring everyones stories with me and demand something to be done. Cameras with motion flood lights and/or a security guard patrolling at night will be my first suggestion.

In the mean time may I suggest to alway lock your cars, any packages you see in entrance please bring to your neighbors door and all 1st floor residents please leave your porch lights on so outside is well light. Please invite and talk about this page to residents that might not know as change will only happen with numbers. And always report every incident to police so the police have a paper trail. After enough reports they will patrol our area more often.

I really hope this page brings peace and resolution.

Welcome. As some know and experienced our neighborhood is being taunted and vandalized.
Over the course of the last month multiple cars have been broken into, rocks thrown and smashing sliders at 1am to our neighbors homes, we even had junkies living in our basement! Never mind the damage to the pool and the gentleman getting robbed while on his own porch putting up Christmas lights! These are just a few things that I know of. We need to come together and take back our neighborhood! Maybe just starting small and all 1st floor tenant/owners leaving their porch lights on? Maybe these punks won’t have the balls to throw things and break sliders if the area is well light? I am not sure where to start and open to any/all suggestions. All I know is I’m afraid to be in my own home because of these as****es. Some think that it might be a group of teens that live up the hill. One was recorded on a ring cam and already arrested for breaking into cars. Let’s come together as a community and make our street safe again!
