Yesterday, I was excited to see the remarkable progress that NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire is making at the former Pearl Street Parking Lot.

This development will include 126 affordable apartments, plus 12 townhomes intended for purchase, all immediately adjacent to a brand new 455-space public parking garage. A great example of what proactive coordination between the public, private, and non-profit sectors can accomplish!
