SOAR 2026 was one for the books!

A huge thank you to our amazing sponsors, Elliot Health System, and Southern New Hampshire University for helping us bring this event to life. Special thanks to Rudi and our friends at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Manchester who collaborate with us to make this day possible.

This year, 130 teens and 75 adults representing 42 businesses and organizations came together for a day filled with connection, exploration, and inspiration at the 4th Annual SOAR Conference.

Throughout the day, teens had the opportunity to meet professionals, explore careers they may have never considered, ask questions, build connections, and see new possibilities for their futures. Most importantly, they left feeling empowered, seen, and connected.

A very special thank you to Natanja Craig-Oquendo, CEO of the Boston Women's Fund, for delivering such an impactful keynote! Her story, authenticity, and powerful message resonated with our teens and reminded them of the possibilities that exist when they believe in themselves and their future.

And to all of our community partners, businesses, organizations, and volunteers, thank you for showing up for our young people and investing your time, energy, and expertise in their futures.

A big thank you to our friends at Eversource NH for bringing the Let’s Talk Energy program to our adult HiSET/GED students!

Our students had the opportunity to learn practical information about energy use, efficiency, and ways to make informed choices that can help save energy and money.

We are grateful for Eversource’s investment in our students and for their commitment to providing valuable education and resources to our community. Thank you for helping our students build knowledge and skills they can use every day!

This morning, our MY TURN Manchester Entrepreneurs had the opportunity to visit The Fresh Chef Press LLC. and get a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to own and operate a successful business.

From learning about entrepreneurship and daily operations to hearing firsthand about the passion, dedication, and hard work that go into running a thriving business, our participants walked away inspired and motivated.

We are so grateful for our amazing partnership with The Fresh Chef Press LLC. and their commitment to investing in the next generation. Opportunities like this simply wouldn't be possible without community partners who are willing to open their doors, share their experiences, and believe in the potential of our young people.
