🖨️ FREE TONER CARTRIDGES FOR NONPROFITS & ORGANIZATIONS 🖨️

We have a limited supply of toner cartridges available at no cost for qualifying organizations such as churches, daycares, schools, nonprofits, and similar community organizations.

To claim toner cartridges, a representative must provide a letter on the organization’s letterhead (or a signed note from the organization) that includes:

✅ Organization name
✅ Contact person
✅ The specific toner cartridge model needed

This helps ensure the cartridges go to organizations that can use them and allows us to match the correct toner to your printer.

We are getting ready for our Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt! 🐰

Join us TOMORROW for a fun-filled night at Kentucky Sports Factory! Due to possible high winds, our egg hunt will be held indoors on the turf. Kids are encouraged to wear white or neon and bring glow sticks or light-up accessories to make the most of the glow-in-the-dark experience!

The first 250 kids will receive a FREE flashlight!

Doors open at 6:00 PM with open play, music, and a glow dance party to kick things off. You can also enjoy special themed treats from our Back Porch Grill!

Egg hunts will be split by age groups 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12. The night wraps up with exciting prizes—keep an eye out for special eggs containing tickets for bigger rewards!

Enjoy glow games, bounce house, yard games, crafts, and a visit from our factory fox between hunts. Some extra activities will require a $5 wristband.

Bring your friends and come early, we’re expecting a big crowd and lots of fun!

🍀🌈 Congratulations to Our Pot of Gold Winners! 🌈🍀

Today at our Kid Shop event, we had so much fun doing our Pot of Gold drawing with each shopping group and we ended up with 13 lucky winners! 🎉One of our winners even chose speakers instead of the bounce house. 😉

But what made the moments really special wasn’t just the prizes — it was the way the kids reacted when someone else won. Watching them cheer, clap, and celebrate for other kids was such a powerful reminder of what Kids 4 Good is all about.

Seeing that kind of joy and encouragement between kids is something we’ll never get tired of. 💚 The cheering, the smiles, and the joy made it such a fun day for everyone!

Congratulations to all of our winners, and thank you to every family & volunteer who came out and made today such a great event!

If your child plans to shop this Saturday (March 14) at Kids 4 Good Madisonville, be sure to reserve your place in line before 5 PM tomorrow (Thursday 3/12).

The link is up and running, and the last time I checked there were still 30+ early time slots available (remember this is random draw).

‼️ If you do not get your line placement email within 1 hour, retry the link (remember it closes Thursday)‼️

🍀 A Quick Request - Please don’t feel like you need to rush and submit immediately.

Time slots are assigned randomly by a computer program, so there is no advantage to being one of the first entries.

Our email system can only send 100 confirmation emails every 24 hours. Because of the overwhelming response last time, many families didn’t receive their line placement email on Monday.

To help prevent that issue again:

🕙 After the first 100 reservations are received today, we will pause the link for the remainder of the day
🕙 The link will reopen tomorrow, Tuesday, at 10 AM

This helps our system keep up so everyone receives their confirmation email properly.

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION ⚠️

Every week we see at least 2–3 people attempt to manipulate the reservation system in order to get a better line placement number. While that may seem like a small number, it is not fair to the hundreds of families who follow the rules, and it will not be tolerated.

🪪 Your first and last name on the reservation MUST match the name on your ID at check-in. If you need to change the name on the reservation, send us a message!

🚨 HERE IS HOW OUR SYSTEM WORKS:

Our reservation system automatically detects duplicate registrations when the same name and/or email address is used. When this happens, the system simply assigns the same line placement number you received the first time. Submitting multiple entries will never improve your position.

However, we have seen attempts to get around the system by:
• Using a different last name with a similar email
• Using the same name with multiple emails
• Using different names and different emails (includes using a different family member’s name and or email)

⚠️ These actions are considered cheating and an attempt to manipulate the system.

If we determine that multiple reservations were made in an attempt to gain a better number, ALL entries for the event will be canceled and not permitted to shop at that event.

‼️Repeat offenders will be banned from all Kids 4 Good stores for one year‼️

Please follow the correct steps:

1️⃣ Submit another reservation using the EXACT SAME name and email
2️⃣ If you still do not receive an email, contact us at BEFORE 5PM ON FRIDAY at [email protected]

Many times the issue is simply that your email provider has blocked our messages. When you email us, it often opens the pathway for communication so our emails can come through.

✔️ Submitting again with the same information will NOT result in any penalties.
❌ Using different names or emails WILL be seen as an attempt to manipulate the system.

Kids 4 Good exists to serve families and teach generosity to the next generation. The only way we can continue doing this is by keeping the process fair for everyone.
