Yesterday, we shared the start of demolition at the former Boggess Chevrolet property. Today, we’re excited to offer a glimpse of what’s coming next.

Our plans for the property are moving forward, and while tenant commitments are still being finalized, we’re confident this redevelopment will bring new opportunities, investment, and energy to downtown Madisonville.

We’re proud to be renovating the property into a modern commercial destination that will help support the continued growth and revitalization of our community.

The future is taking shape on North Franklin Street, and we’re excited to share more updates in the months ahead.

As many people around Madisonville noticed today, demolition has begun at the former Boggess Chevrolet property on North Franklin Street.

Like many in our community, we have great memories of this longtime local business and the role it played for generations. While portions of the structure could be preserved, significant sections had deteriorated beyond practical repair.

Demolition will continue over the next few weeks as we prepare the site for its next chapter.

The good news is that we have exciting opportunities in the works and are committed to creating something that will contribute to the continued growth and revitalization of downtown Madisonville.

Stay tuned—we’re excited about what’s ahead!
