In case you missed it: we've rebranded our Badger Volunteers program.

Three new models will now be a focus of Badger Volunteers, which will let students identify which opportunity they would be interested in. They are Activate, Elevate, and Educate.

Read more about the changes:

Since the program’s inception in 2008, Badger Volunteers has provided UW-Madison students semester-long volunteer opportunities that pairs them with community organizations to volunteer one to four hours each week at the same organization.

May on college campuses is bittersweet. Like many of you, we at the Morgridge Center for Public Service are celebrating another group of impressive, graduating students we will miss next year. Students committed to community partnerships bring a vibrant energy and joy that elevates all our work.

This year, for example, more than 1,400 students across campus enrolled in nearly 60 community-based learning courses, and many more meaningfully connected with community partners in other ways.

We look forward to continuing to work with each of you to expand and enhance opportunities for UW students to connect with community partners across the state and beyond!
