We are incredibly proud to congratulate April Kozlosky, Program Coordinator at Limitless Possibilities, on receiving the DSPN Emerging Leaders Award last week at the 2026 Disability Service Provider Network Annual Conference!

April’s leadership has made a meaningful difference in both the lives of the individuals she supports and the employees she leads. She has helped individuals successfully transition to more independent, less restrictive living environments, creating opportunities for greater independence, natural relationships, and growth.

April also has an incredible ability to build strong teams. She invests in her staff through training, coaching, clear expectations, and continued support, creating an environment where employees feel prepared, supported, and valued.

Most importantly, April leads through her actions. Her accountability, compassion, commitment to growth, and belief in the potential of the people around her are exactly what emerging leadership should look like.

We couldn't be more excited to see April recognized for the impact she is making.

Building Independence is a workshop series designed to empower those that self-direct their own services. Hiring and managing your own Direct Support Professionals can come with a lot of stress and be difficult to navigate. That’s why we’re proud to fund DSPN and this virtual, free training series that gives people the tools and knowledge to feel more confident managing their care teams. 🧡
