🏆 Introducing Mack Rimson, our 2026 Charles Jackson Transformation Award recipient!

Mack’s story is one of perseverance, resilience, and quiet determination. During his time at Operation Fresh Start, he completed STRIVE Construction, earned his driver’s license after multiple attempts, and graduated from Build Academy. When one career path didn’t work out, he refused to give up, choosing instead to keep moving forward and find the right fit.

Today, Mack is working in material delivery with L&W Supply, now ABC Supply Interiors, building a successful future through hard work and dedication. Along the way, he’s inspired everyone around him with his kindness, humility, and commitment to growth. Those who know Mack describe him as dependable, selfless, and someone who always shows up ready to learn and help others.
