Care Net Pregnancy Center of Dane County Providing resources that empower families facing unexpected pregnancies to thrive.

Care Net provides compassionate, nonjudgmental sexual health services to women and men facing a pregnancy decision, free of charge. We offer help, hope and healing through medical services, education, a residential program and ongoing support. Care Net provides a medical clinic, First Care Clinic, where we provide all of our services free of charge. Because women deserve a safe place to turn, one

with no vested interest in the critical decision she makes regarding her pregnancy or sexual health, our clinic offers professional pregnancy related medical services free of charge and confidentially. Care Net also has a residential maternity and parenting program, The Elizabeth House, for pregnant women ages 18 and up. We provide a safe and secure environment for mothers to become emotionally healthy and self-sufficient, while building life skills that will enable them to secure employment and housing, manage money and foster sound decision making while learning effective parenting skills.

Huge thank you to the wonderful women of Door Creek Church!

💖 They just provided our new maternity home with 10 beautiful welcome baskets filled with cozy robes, slippers, and personal care items to help our moms feel loved and welcomed. They also thought of the practical things and brought much-needed trash cans and plungers! We are so incredibly grateful for your generosity and kindness. You are a blessing! ✨
