Join us as we celebrate Filipino-American Friendship Day through the timeless principles of Freemasonry—Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth. This special Entered Apprentice Degree event honors the enduring friendship between the Filipino and American people while commemorating the 200th Anniversary of the Grand Lodge of Michigan

This historic gathering brings together Masonic brothers, families, and friends to recognize our shared values of unity, respect, service, and cultural heritage. Through the conferral of the Entered Apprentice Degree, we welcome a new candidate into the fraternity and reaffirm our commitment to building bridges of friendship and understanding across generations and communities.

Set against the backdrop of Michigan Masonry's bicentennial celebration, this event reflects the strength of diversity within our Craft and the bonds that unite us as brothers. Together, we honor the past, celebrate the present, and look forward to a future founded on fellowship, harmony, and mutual respect.

A Masonic journey is a lifelong process of self-improvement, moral development, and brotherhood, structured through three main ceremonial stages: Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft, and Master Mason. It focuses on building character, fostering fellowship, and applying principles like integrity and charity to become a better man.
Key Aspects of the Masonic Journey:
Three Degrees: The journey begins with initiation, progressing through three degrees modeled on the medieval craft system: Apprentice (youth), Fellowcraft (manhood), and Master Mason (age).
Purpose: It is a journey of self-discovery, enlightenment, and personal transformation.
Values: Members are guided by tenets of Brotherly Love (caring for others), Relief (charity), and Truth (seeking knowledge and honesty).
Process: The path involves mentoring, learning, and in-depth study of rituals and symbols.
Lifelong Learning: While it starts with becoming a Master Mason, the "journey" continues as a lifelong commitment to applying these teachings in daily life.
