At our last meeting one of the table topics questions was "... What was the absolute worst or most embarrassing Halloween costume you ever wore?".
During her participation in Table Topics, Jennifer shared her childhood flop when she was dressed as an old lady (that kept all the adults handing out candy guessing).

Mercedes shared (in solidarity) her own worst costume.
We quote her "... Son as a bee, hubby as a bosun and me as a fairy - even though I look like the Virgin Mary going to Bethlehem"

Join Confident Communicators Club for a special workshop featuring internationally recognized speaker and executive speech coach Fursey Gotuaco. Discover practical techniques to improve vocal expression, gestures, facial expressions, and audience engagement. I believe your members will get a lot out of this session. Fursey is as interested in teaching Toastmasters as he is non-Toastmasters. We want to make this event available to as many people as possible.

This workshop is available to guests as well as Toastmasters. See flyer with details below.

Congratulations to Jackie Stockton for delivering an excellent evaluation of Angeles Tassi’s speech and winning the Best Speech Evaluator award!

Angeles delivered an enchanting speech titled "Alone in the Basement of an Empty House, Secluded in the Finnish Wilderness”. She described her experience of isolation and fear while living alone in a remote house in Finland during winter. Angeles won the Best Speaker Award at our Spooky Tales event for her story. Congratulations Angeles!
