Last night a teenager ran into my car with their scooter. I was hoping someone in our neighborhood recognizes the teenager. First, I would like to see if the individual is okay. Secondly, the scooter caused enough damage where I have to file a claim. My insurance wants me to make a police report. I would like to resolve the issue before going through these measures.
