The generosity of you all is amazing!! We are so close to reaching our goal for ENF. Come down today for a nice beverage from Maria and help us get across the Finish line. Thank you all so much.

Good Evening Members all!! This year we are much closer than we thought to reaching our ENF per capita goal of $5.15 per Member! After, Jason and I delivered the donations yesterday, we realized how much these donations mean to our local community. We have two days to make this happen! We are asking everyone to come by the lodge this Saturday or Sunday and please make a donation with the Bartender or a lodge officer to help us reach our goal. By reaching our goal we are able to apply for almost $10,000.00 in Grants to give back to those in need!! We are all chipping in, please come down and together let's get across the finish line.

Today was a Great day for the Community and our lodge. Exalted Ruler Elect Jason Melius and myself delivered donations to 5 local charities. Wakefield Scholarship Foundation, Mission of Deeds, Wakefield Food Pantry, Horizon House of Wakefield and North Reading Food Pantry. A very eye opening experience getting a tour of these Charities and seeing what they do. These donations were made possible by the generosity of our members and grants from the Elks National Foundation.
We also had the pleasure of presenting Penny Esposito with our Distinguished Citizenship Award for all that Penny does in support of the community and her amazing work at the North Reading Food Pantry!!

We would like to remind everyone that Member Appreciation night is this Saturday March 7th beginning at 6pm. The Lodge will be open to Lodge Members and thier significant other ONLY! The lodge will be closed to all others.

Our Lodge Scholarships are now open for applications.

Wakefield Elks Members Scholarship
Judged on: Scholarship, Leadership, Financial Need Date Due: April 20, 2026


This scholarship is open to graduating seniors who are the children or stepchildren of Wakefield Elks members. Grandchildren and step‑grandchildren of members in good standing—those with dues paid through the 2026–2027 fraternal year—are also eligible. Awards are determined based on scholarship, leadership, citizenship, personal character, and financial need.

In addition to the general scholarships, one award is designated for a graduating senior enrolling in a two‑year college program leading to an associate’s degree, and one award is reserved for a graduating senior entering a four‑year nursing program.

Good Morning Everyone! We have tickets for the State Charity Raffle availble at the lodge. You can purchase them from me or the Bartender at the Lodge.
The charity raffle is one of the major revenue sources (calendar raffle is the other) for the State Assoc. The charity raffle also returns funds to the lodges so that they can support local charities.

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY!!🏈… we have a bunch of people making soups for the big game. We will be serving those around 4pm. Come on down and you decide who’s is best! 🍜
