〰️Bone-in, spiral-cut smoked Berkshire ham, celebrated for its rich flavor and exceptional marbling.
🌾Herb-Roasted Green Circle Turkey Breast~ $150
〰️8–10 lb. bone-in turkey breast, golden-roasted with fresh herbs and Spanish EVOO.
🌾Harissa Butter-Roasted Poussin~ $150
〰️Three 12 ounce petite, semi-boneless, spatchcocked chickens, roasted with harissa butter over wild rice dressing with toasted pecans, golden raisins, and fresh herbs.

• Berkshire pork is a heritage breed prized for its exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor, often called “the Kobe beef of pork.” Our smoked ham comes from pasture-raised Berkshire pigs raised without antibiotics or added hormones. Uncured, with no added nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, artificial colorings, or preservatives.
•Green Circle turkeys are raised by Amish and Mennonite family farmers in Pennsylvania. Certified Humane and free-range, they’re fed a vegetarian diet supplemented with fresh market vegetables. Yes, these turkeys actually eat mirepoix!
• D’Artagnan poussin are petite, free-range, air-chilled chickens raised without antibiotics. Prized for their delicate flavor and tenderness, air-chilling also helps produce wonderfully crisp skin when roasted.
