Good morning, Brethren! The Grand Master’s Gala will be held on Saturday, June 20th, from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Dallas Scottish Rite, 500 S Harwood St, Dallas, TX.

Evening details:
• Passed Hors d’Oeuvres: Mango Brisket Bites (Texas smoked brisket with mango BBQ sauce in a puff pastry) and Arancini Balls (creamy fried risotto balls with mozzarella and parmesan cheese)
• Salad: Traditional Caesar Salad with grated parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and house-made croutons served with Caesar dressing
• Plated Dinner: 6 oz Petite Filet Mignon with red wine demi sauce, served with roasted red potatoes, green bean almondine, and artisan rolls & butter
• Dessert: Cheesecake with coffee (by request at the table)
• Beverages: Water and iced tea provided, with a cash bar available featuring wine and premium brand liquor
