Solo RPGs are also called solo journaling games. They use dice or cards to generate random prompts and events that help you create a unique story for your character. They are a wonderful creative outlet and provide a simple, low stress, portable way to scratch the rpg itch.

The Critical Whiskers Crew hope you are having a relaxing Labor Day. We are regrouping after a busy weekend with 4 adoptions! Which is amazing, but we still can't believe Rian and his adorable footsies are still looking for their next adventure. But we know his forever is out there.

Adoptions mean we are getting ready to welcome another batch of recruits and Bob and Butternut will have a whole new group to train up soon.

Our Critical Whiskers resident kitties, Bob and Butternut, have received their official titles and are now in charge of the Tiny Daggers Adventure Guild here at Critical Whiskers. They will assist us in preparing and training adventures for hire so that those kitties will be ready when their quest to join a forever party comes along.

The kitties needed a little distraction this morning while they waited for visitors. Luckily our hobby shop delivery gave them a great new thing to play with...PAPER! They've been playing with it all day.

We're ready for another week of visitors at Critical Whiskers in Lubbock, TX! Come visit with our resident kitties Bob and Butternut and let them introduce you to all the adoptable kitties currently with us in the lounge.

Visit www.criticalwhiskers.com to book a visit. Reservations recommended. Walk-ins welcome if space allows. The shop and snack bar are open Noon-6:30pm Thursday to Saturday and Noon-5:30pm Sunday and Lounge visits begin at 12:30 each day.

There was a waiting line forming for lap time. 😹 Ice was hogging it, so the other boys napped while they waited.
