Just a reminder- This Tuesday, July 21,2026 at 5:30 at Centennial Elementary.
The North Point Public Improvement District (PID) Advisory Board invites you to attend the annual Property Owners' Meeting that will be held Tuesday, July 21, 2026, in the cafeteria at Centennial Elementary School at 1301 North Utica Avenue from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
The proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 Service and Assessment Plan will be discussed at the meeting, and the Advisory Board would like your input. The Board would also like to discuss public improvement projects and would welcome your feedback in this discussion. Once the Service and Assessment Plan is finalized, it will be presented to the City Council for approval. A public hearing will be held prior to consideration by the City Council, and all property owners will be notified of the time and date of the public hearing.
