In 1882, Union workers organized a parade of about 10,000 workers who took unpaid leave to march and have a picnic. Fast forward to today, and we now celebrate Labor Day every year to honor the fight for workplace rights that took place in our country in its infancy.

Today is a celebration of the fight for fair workplace rights and to honor the American way- to work hard! 🇺🇸

Today is so bittersweet♥️😭It’s our Oriana’s last day with us. She is moving to London and pursuing her dream of getting her Master’s in Fashion Merchandising at one of the best schools in the world🎉While we are SO proud of and excited for her, we are so sad she’s having to leave us💔

Oriana started over three years ago as an intern with us, then volunteered, and then we hired her part-time earlier this year, so she’s part of the IOF family! She is smart, considerate, kind, sweet, works so well with others, and can do ANYTHING she puts her mind to.

Please help us wish this precious soul safe travels, LOTS of amazing new adventures, for her to learn and grow even more than she has here, and THANK her for all the things she’s done for clients, to support staff, and her many efforts to further our mission the last three years💜

We love her dearly and she will be missed!! Thank You Oriana for EVERYTHING!!!!💗
