Thanks to Xavier & Jaro from Shop '93 Barber Lounge and Revamp by Sylvia for coming out to the Ronald McDonald House to offer free haircuts to our families! ❤️

When families are spending most of their time a the hospital, it can be hard to take of basic things like getting a haircut. We're so glad for our community members for stepping in to make it easy for our families while staying close to their child in the hospital.

School’s out, and that means even more laughter, creativity, and family time at RMHC of the Southwest. Our House and Family Rooms are filled with siblings making memories, kids enjoying outdoor fun, and families finding comfort together during challenging times.

1. Donate individually packaged snacks, toys, or “boredom busters” (indoor/outdoor) to keep kids entertained.

Starting this month, McDonald's is using its partnership with FIFA World Cup to create unforgettable moments for families. Across 14 Ronald McDonald House Chapters in 2026 match locations, families are learning they have been selected to attend a FIFA World Cup match, and the joy is everything!​

For families navigating medical journeys, this joy is more than a surprise. It's a reminder they are seen, supported, and not alone. A huge thank you to McDonald's for creating this unforgettable opportunity for families who deserve moments of joy and for their longstanding support of our mission in more than 60 countries and regions around the world!

🏠 Live on-site in a furnished apartment at the Ronald McDonald House
🤝 Support guest families and respond to emergencies (on-call Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7am)
💛 Unpaid position, but housing is provided as compensation
