Seeds of Impact Teen Summer Camp ✔️

Year 1 is officially in the books. Last week we ended our 3-week camp and boy, we had fun!

We look forward to sharing more and thanking everyone who helped bring this camp to life. 🌱

Seeds of Impact || UFL Poverty Simulation

Yesterday, our campers put themselves in the shoes of everyday families and deepened their understanding of the vital role the SPFB serves in our community.

Before one can intentionally contribute to their community, one must first get proximate to the challenges in their community.

Yesterday was about giving them perspective and deepening their understanding with caring adults alongside them.

We started today with the United Future Leaders Seeds of Impact campers at the South Plains Food Bank GRUB Farm talking about seeds, soils, and growing environments 🌱

We had our Seeds of Impact Lunch today and this table allowed us to pause and celebrate the tireless efforts from TTU and our community to improve the lives of young people.

Our dreams include creating a space of belonging, confidence, purpose, and meaningful change within the youth we serve. We can’t wait to share all the good happening this summer. 🌟
